IMPORTANT things you need to know before enrolling:

RPYF is for students who will be in the 3rd through 8th grades in the Fall of 2022. You must live in the Rex Putnam High School attendance area or attend a private school within the RPHS boundaries to play with us.
If you did not get a confirmation email showing your player registered, please contact us right away!  

Medical release forms and full payment must be received by gear check out day. Gear cannot be checked out if medical release form and payment have not been received and child cannot begin practice. NO EXCEPTIONS.

REFUND POLICY: The policy of the Rex Putnam Youth Football is as follows:- There will be a $100 administration fee for any refunds requested between July 1st and September 1st. No refunds will be granted following the Jamboree. Refunds will be paid in full if RPYF does not field a team for your players grade level.

PRIVACY POLICY: Rex Putnam Youth Football only collects personal information when you request our services and only uses the information collected to provide those services for you. If you choose to make a purchase, you will be asked to provide contact information (such as your name and shipping address) and financial information (such as your credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to process your order. RPYF handles all of this data with the utmost confidentiality.

THIRD PARTIES: Any personal information provided will not be traded, rented, sold or otherwise shared with anyone outside of Rex Putnam Youth Football, or used for reasons beyond those contemplated in this statement.
